Acrobat Reader 5.0 can be installed on your computer at no cost and is required to open these documents.  Opening document using an older version of Acrobat Reader will result in documents & forms looking wrong.

Application Forms 

The Application Forms must be completed in their entirety prior to your child's first day of school.  To request a place on our waiting list or to hold any open position the Enrollment Application (pages 1 &2) must be completed and submitted with a registration fee check in the amount of $200.00.
